Course starts 18th September and finishes 9th October 2017
Everyone hates Monday’s and how stressful they are, come and relieve that stress at our Boxercise course! Our course is an all-level circuit training session with a focus on boxing and pad work.
For just £18, our course will give your entire body a workout to tone muscle and improve fitness, develop co-ordination skills and increase self-confidence all by using a variety of different techniques and exercises!
The Boxercise sessions will start at 5:15 and last for 45 minutes. The dates of the sessions are:
- 18th September.
- 25th September.
- 2nd October.
- 9th October.
