Looking after my health

Fitness, sport and health. Whatever place you’re into we have something for you.

You can learn a new skill, get back into a sport, improve your fitness or continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle and the social benefits of sport and activity are terrific too.

Young at Heart

Interested in a fun and relaxed session of carpet bowls, table tennis or badminton? Come down and take your pick, all three will be set up for you to dip in and out as you please during our Young at Heart sessions which take place every Tuesday from 11.00am - 1.00pm. John our friendly leader will also be on hand should you need any assistance.

This is your opportunity to get moving, learn or improve on a new skill and meet like minded people. We are also offering a hot drink for just £1 in our café after the session.

Booking is not required, simply turn up on the day and join in on the fun! For more information give us a call on 0121 580 6430 or drop into the centre to speak to a member of our team.

We offer a range of memberships to help you to save money and continue to be active.
