A fun and social way to keep fit and healthy.

We have a number of activity sessions for older adults each week.  Just turn up and enjoy a range of activities and meet new friends.

Free Spirit

Monday 1.00pm - 3.00pm

Walking Football (55 years +)

Wednesday and Friday 11.00am - 12.00pm

£2 per session.

Walking Netball 

A great way to enjoy the game at a slower pace.
