Super Strong Summer
Fitness sessions & workshops for girls 9-11 years
Every week girls will enjoy a short exercise session trying out a range of different fitness activities including indoor group cycling and gym based workouts.
This will be followed by a 30 minute workshop where we will discuss a different topic each week.
Topics may include; Self Confidence, Positive Role Models, Overcoming Embarrassment, How to support each other and Media Perceptions.
Booking essential, there will be a maximum of 10 girls per session. £2.50 per session
