Extra Half Term Teen Gym

All 11-15 years can keep active this May half term with our extra Teen Gym sessions 12noon to 1pm every weekday.
We have also restructured our regular mid-week teen gym sessions which allows our fitness team to spend more time with teens and introduce an assessment process introducing free weights.

3:30pm - 4:15pm & 4:15pm - 5pm
