What it involves:
- 5 week course, with a one hour small group coaching session in the gym every Saturday at 9am held by Amy - our Personal Trainer and expert in weight training for women. Dates for your diary - 7th, 14th 21st, 28th October and 4th November
- Progressive programme covering the main lifts, correct technique and training methods
- Exclusive access to your training programme via Places Locker App with a full programme to follow between your sessions.
- Personlised nutrition plan to support your training programme
- Discount on Personal Training sessions if you choose to add them on during or after the course - x4 for 3, x 6 for 5.
